
TRAINING PROGRAMS
All virtual classes will be modified due to equipment.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Monday: Full Body High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style workout with the use of free weights and resistance bands. You will give 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short active recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up.

Tuesday: Circuit/Strength Training-Full body workout including cardio and strength training while visiting different stations within the workout space. A great way to learn new and fun exercises.

Wednesday: Full Body High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style workout with the use of free weights and resistance bands. You will give 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short active recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up.

Thursday: Circuit/Strength Training-Full body workout including cardio and strength training while visiting different stations within the workout space. A great way to learn new and fun exercises.

Friday: Full Body High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style workout with the use of free weights and resistance bands. You will give 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short active recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up.

Virtual Group Personal Training packages allow you to
build your own schedule by picking classes that are provided during the week.

This group class is a Full Body High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and stretching style workout to increase your cardio endurance during this class with body weight by increasing your heart rate and lowering your heart rate during an extended cool down which involves several different and new stretches that are not done during other sessions. Classes are only held on Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 AM
